SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship within the United States only.

SHIPPING RATES

Orders of $100 or more ship free. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $8.

PROCESSING TIME

Every SCUM piece is hand-finished and signed by the artist after your order is placed. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your piece to be prepared before it ships. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

DELIVERY TIME

Once shipped, orders are delivered by USPS Ground Advantage and usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us at ddasscumm@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you resolve it.
