REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Every SCUM piece is a limited edition, signed and hand-finished by the artist. Because of this, we do not accept returns for refund. We do offer size exchanges.

SIZE EXCHANGES

If your piece does not fit, you can exchange it for another size of the same piece within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. To be eligible, the piece must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with the label attached.

To request an exchange, email us at ddasscumm@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need. We will reply with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and inspect the piece, we will ship the new size to you at no additional cost.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PIECES

If your piece arrives defective or damaged, email us at ddasscumm@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will replace the piece or issue a full refund, including shipping.

PROCESSING

Exchanges and refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned piece. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to post it.
